RSS stands for Real Simple Syndication and it is an easy way to keep up to date on what's happening with a web site.  The RSS link provides a feed that is updated every time content is added to the site.  RSS feeds contain the headline of the news item along with a short description.

How do I receive RSS Feeds?
You receive RSS feeds though a feed reader.  There are several online rss readers such as google reader, bloglines, and my.yahoo.com.   In addition to theses online services some browsers and e-mail clients also have the ability to subscribe to rss feeds.

How do I receive a feed from worldrtd.net?
Follow your rss reader's instructions for adding or subscribing to a feed.  You can subscribe to news from a particular member organization by visting the member list, the entire site or many other feeds just look for this symbol.
